When joining 40 Days for Life last year for the first time, I never thought that I would personally know someone that was helped by this campaign. Yesterday I found out from a woman that I work with that when she first found out that she was pregnant she was considering an abortion. She as separated from her husband and it was not his child. So it she had an abortion no one would ever know. But most mornings she would stop at Mc Donald’s for something, juice or what ever. Our site is right next to Mc Donald’s. So she would see someone there every time she was there in the morning. She said that their presence helped change her heart. Then she was told that the baby has Down’s Syndrome, and was told she should have an abortion. All she could do was cry. Then on Ash Wednesday she saw the people at the site for the start of this campaign. Who did she see, me with the ashes on my forehead praying the rosary. She knew right then that there was no way she could throw this baby away. Today she received good news from a specialist that the baby looks fine and she is having a Girl. Praise God and thanks to all who are out there day after day praying. You all have a part in this miracle.

At the Great Falls Montana vigil today I was approached by a young lady who thanked us for being there. She said she always honks and gives a thumbs up when she goes by. We thanked her for her kind words and said we just want to encourage others to pray and we offer our support to anyone, even to angry people who drive by. Then she told us that 9 years ago she had driven by this same location and honked her horn in anger. So angry was she that she neerly hit the car in front of her. She was angry at us and struggling with the memory of a recent abortion she had. I gave her a hug and told her she should join us as we were just Christians trying to make a difference. She gave us her contact info and hopefully she’ll be joining in our vigil.

She said she’s changed her life and has given it all to Christ. Praise God!

Thank you for a wonderful piece about the unity of Christ’s church. One of the powerful things that has happened because of 40 Days for Life is the members of the Body of Christ, no matter our denomination, coming together to pray for our brothers and sisters – born and unborn.

For the Fall South LA County 40 Days for Life campaign, our ministry, AudioGirlMinistries.com, is going to focus on getting 40 Churches. “40 Churches for 40 Days for Life.” We need all of the children of God coming together, praying together, fasting together, and helping those in need of healing and those who have chosen life for their babies.

With God all things ARE possible…..including the end to abortion and the horror that comes with it.

Last October a 40 Days For Life prayer vigil gave me the opportunity to give my life’s account of my abortion which took place 30 years ago. God began to urge me to heal in 2009. He led me from one place to the next. First to give a declaration on line on how the abortion hurt me, then to a training session for pastors and their wives on how to help post abortive women in our churches. Finally at the 40 Days for Life after giving my testimony I was received with love and hugs. They suggested I go to Hope Center and now I am truly starting to heal through a bible study called “Forgiven and Set Free. Just wanted to say thanks to 40 Days for Life it truly is an organization that God is using greatly.

another save! Today, Tuesday, March 23, I approached a couple and their baby in the car seat as they were exiting the Preterm abortion clinic parking lot in Cleveland, OH. I had brochures to give them that would offer emotional and financial help in taking their baby to term. The father opened his window and showed the brochures they received from another life counselor earlier as they entered the other side of the parking lot. He said they were going to have the baby!
