40 Days For Life Eucharistic Procession


YES – 40 Days for Life ended on November 1.

YES – Abortions will be performed at A Jacksonville Women’s Health Center (AJAX) on November 2.

YES – Our Family for LIFE will continue to stand for LIFE until AJAX SUSPENDS their abortion services!

 

We have found that the more people the mothers see praying for them, the fewer babies are slaughtered.  After the Spring campaign, we continued standing and praying on abortion days at Planned Parenthood until they SUSPENDED their abortion services. 

 

We would like to continue with our prayer vigils in front of AJAX, but for a mere 2 hours a day, the 2 critical hours when the mothers enter for abortions.  Please consider choosing one of the following days to stand and pray for an hour or two.  Bring a friend with you.  Bring a group with you.  Let’s cover the sidewalk! 

 

     Monday          12:30 - 2:00

     Tuesday         11:30 - 1:30

     Wednesday      9:30 - 12:00

     Thursday          8:00 - 10:00

     Friday              8:00 - 10:00 and 1:00 - 2:30

          Saturday          8:00 - 10:00

 

AJAX performs abortions 6 days a week.  On Fridays they have 2 sessions.  15 – 20 babies are killed each session.  That’s over 100 babies a week!

 40 Days for Life is a focused pro-life effort that consists of:

  • 40 days of prayer and fasting
  • 40 days of peaceful vigil
  • 40 days of community outreach

We are praying that, with God's help, this groundbreaking effort will mark the beginning of the end of abortion in our city -- and throughout America.

The Vigil Calendar is available.  Please plan to schedule for yourself and recruit prayer groups, churches and organizations to take blocks of time to fill the hours and sidewalk with prayer!  We have begun to fill the hours, please select a day/hour for your commitment.
