As many of you know, the local campaign is self funded through donations. In the past we have personally spread the word that funds were needed, and you responded. Thank you!
To remain transparent all donations are documented by two individuals and book keeping is done by a volunteer who handles the deposits/writes checks for the invoices and keeps the books balanced.
These are a list of a few of the expenses:
-Registration fee paid to the National Organization for each local campaign-Printing costs for packets of information given out to churches and local organizations. Includes a DVD with a short slideshow showing volunteers standing for life at both the Haworth and Drake Circle clinics.(These shots are taken from behind so as to protect the privacy of volunteers).
-Rental for the PO Box in Cary
-Printing costs for flyers that are given out at various community functions. (We get these at a discount from a local printer)
-Costs for Signs that we use at the Vigil Site.
-Postage costs
-Costs of Sidewalk Counseling Pamphlets handed out at the Vigil Site (.50 each)
-Community Outreach Materials -Includes: materials given to the various Pro Life groups.
