Have you found yourself wondering what you can do in light of all the media against Planned Parenthood? Wondering how you can make a difference against abortion? The Spring 2012 40 Days for Life Campaign is waiting for you!
We have the opportunity to make a difference with the new laws and the opportunity to close down these facilities, to save lives of moms and babies and to minister to the workers of these facilities. How is that? Through prayer and fasting. From February 22 - April 1 we are asking for you to take time to come out and pray in front of Planned Parenthood. Let's make our faces seen, our voices heard to God and let our prayers ring out. Let's get together and bring peace to a place where there is no peace.

This spring, from February 22 - April 1, our community has become one of many cities joining together for the largest and longest coordinated pro-life mobilization in history -- the 40 Days for Life campaign.
40 Days for Life is a focused pro-life effort that consists of:
40 days of prayer and fasting
40 days of peaceful vigil
40 days of community outreach
We are praying that with God's help this groundbreaking effort will mark the beginning of the end of abortion in Whittier -- and throughout America.
Take a stand for life
While all aspects of 40 Days for Life are crucial in our effort to end abortion, the most visible component is the peaceful prayer vigil outside the local Planned Parenthood facility.

The Planned Parenthood abortion facility is at the corner of Greenleaf and Walnut Avenues. Parking is available on Walnut, Greenleaf, and adjacent streets; be careful to observe the street sweeping signs.
