Dear Friends of Unborn Children,

Once again LIFENET is coordinating the 40 Days for Life Campaign in Montclair, NJ which begins Ash Wednesday, February 13th and ends Palm Sunday, March 24th.  This campaign is to pray for the end to abortion.

The 40 Days for Life campaign consists of public prayer between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM at the Social Security Building in Montclair, across the street from a high volume abortion facility where on average, 100 unborn children are destroyed every week.  We are asking people to pledge one hour per week for the 6 weeks of the campaign.  (It's helpful to us if it is the same hour/day every week.)

Fasting is another big part of the 40 Days for Life campaign:

Fasting can be from food, media (radio, television, internet, etc.) sleep or some other pleasurable activity.  Since this campaign is for 40 Days, make sure your plan is reasonable, but let's push ourselves to sacrifice for the cause of our most vulnerable brothers and sisters.

I am attaching the 40 Days for Life flyers in English and Spanish.  Please send them to family and friends who might be interested in participating.

When praying at the prayer site, please remember to stand on the red brick part of sidewalk when you are praying at the Social Security Building.  Be sure not to block the sidewalk.

If anyone would like a sign which has a picture of Jesus and says "Pray to End Abortion" please let us know as we have a few available.

Let's pray for miracles in Montclair...that many babies will be saved; that abortion workers have a change of heart and that our country will once again embrace a culture of life.  Let's expect miracles.
