Applications to lead a 40 Days for Life campaign from September 23 to November 1 remain open through next Tuesday, June 30.

If you?re thinking about it and you're not sure yet, you have a lot in common with Monique Ruberu in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. ?Never in a million years did I expect that I would be co-chairing a 40 Days for Life vigil!? she said.
Here?s a quick video in which Monique explains her journey to campaign leadership ... and the many blessings her team has experienced.
Monique is not alone. Kathy Forck in Columbia, Missouri ... John Noall in Cleveland, Ohio ... and Paul Hanrahan in Sydney, Australia were each in the situation you may find yourself in now, taking the question of ?Should I do this?? to the Lord in prayer.
?We started out just like many did,? said Kathy, who?s helped lead a dozen 40 Days for Life campaigns in Columbia. ?All we knew was ? we had to pray."
In Cleveland, John said he was aware of the challenges that would be involved in leading the campaign. But he has found that ?every challenge is an opportunity to pray and allow God to direct you, open doors for you, and work through you to overcome them.?
Each eventually realized that God was asking them to do this ... and that He would be there to help them.
?When I look back to that first campaign,? said Paul in Sydney, ?I recognize many blessings, including several turnarounds, and many positive contacts with people who were just going past. It was amazing what we were able to achieve that year.?
Many new people are now involved in pro-life activities in Sydney. An abortion center in Cleveland closed. One in Columbia lost its license. And abortions are on the way down at a large abortion facility in Philadelphia.
?If you are considering leading a 40 Days for Life campaign in your community,? John said, ?this will be one of the most rewarding and blessed decisions you will make.?
?I would really like to encourage all of you to take that step,? Monique added. ?It will change your life for the best.?
