About 60 people arrived for the start of the kickoff rally in Klamath Falls ? and the crowd kept growing as the event continued.

?I am excited about the newcomers and their heart for this outreach,? said Diane, the local leader. ?I?m hoping will be able to continue to build up our team.?

The guest speaker was Lori Eckstine, from the Rachel?s Vineyard group in southern Oregon. Rachel?s Vineyard offers retreats for healing for those involved in an abortion experience.

Diane also met with visitors who?d driven two hours to the kickoff ? and wanted to know more about 40 Days for Life because they?re interested in bringing a vigil to their community in the future.

?Now on to 40 days of prayer on the streets outside the Government Center!? Diane said.
