On May 20, 40 Days for Life volunteers in Bogota celebrated the lives of 13 babies saved from abortion during their campaign -- along with their "beautiful and happy mothers" -- with a baby shower.

Thanks to all the volunteers who joined for this great celebration, the moms received many gifts for their babies and the support of all the 40 Days for Life family. To see the faces of joy of these mothers -- some of them pregnant and others with their small treasures -- is the most beautiful reward of our work.

Every baby and every mother has a unique story and the way their lives crossed paths with our campaign always fills us with emotion and gratitude. They are the proof that when a mother receives the support she needs, she can say yes to life and take care of her baby.

Similar celebrations were held in other Colombian cities where the 40 Days for Life campaign was held, such as Tulu? and Cali.
