Most abortion facilities are closed on Sundays...
...but 40 Days for Life participants around the world stand in peaceful vigil in front of their local abortion businesses just the same.
Why?
Last Sunday, a volunteer in Fort Pierce, Florida questioned the wisdom of praying outside of business hours. "It makes no sense," she protested to Monica, who schedules volunteers on Sundays.
Monica's response that the community needs the witness of pro-lifers didn't convince the skeptical prayer warrior--but a passerby did.
"Don’t stop doing what you are doing!" shouted a woman driving by. "The whole community is watching you. We are behind you!"
The woman shared she had an abortion...and never got over the guilt.
As the passerby shared her testimony, the woman who questioned standing vigil on Sundays broke down sobbing.
"She knew she had her answer, directly from God!" Monica said. "We all felt that the hand of God had just touched us."
Not only that, but He used vigil participants to touch the post-abortive mother as prayer warriors reassured her of God's mercy and forgiveness.

Pandemic lockdowns have barred British 40 Days for Life participants from standing vigil...
...but they are able to take prayer walks in front of their local abortion facilities.
One volunteer was walking in prayer when an abortion worker told her that the number of abortion clients is down significantly. Some staff members have been let go, and the abortion facility might need to relocate later this year.
