Gerry was about to submit his application to lead a 40 Days for Life campaign in Sherman, Texas...but then he "chickened out."
Fortunately, the next year, he found the courage to apply.
He's glad he did. On Day 1 of his vigil, Planned Parenthood manager Ramona Treviño--already uneasy working for America's leading abortion provider--approached Gerry, began a friendship, and asked for prayers.
Within a few weeks, Ramona left her job, and the following year her Planned Parenthood facility closed its doors forever!
"What if Gerry said no? Where would I [be]?" Ramona asked. On this new video, Ramona shares why YOU should take the leap of faith and apply to lead the March 2 - April 10 40 Days for Life campaign:

Ramona and Gerry remain good friends to this day.
When you pray for an end to abortion, no story is "too good to be true!" Ramona is just one of 229 abortion workers to become pro-life, leave her job, and begin a relationship with Jesus Christ through a 40 Days for Life vigil.
When you apply to lead the March 2 - April 10 40 Days for Life campaign in your community, you could end up befriending your local abortion facility manager.
Don't chicken out! And don't delay. The application deadline is Friday, December 17.
If you've led at least two successful 40 Days for Life campaigns and want to organize a year-round vigil, you can apply to lead a 40 Days for Life 365 vigil at 40daysforlife.com/application?365=Yes before Friday, December 17.
