The tide of history has turned pro-life:
- A dozen abortion facilities where 40 Days for Life campaigns have been held have gone out of business;
- Numerous states are now abortion-free;
- We're in the middle of the largest 40 Days for Life campaign in history;
- And pro-lifers are just two weeks away from breaking the abortion industry's stranglehold on Washington, D.C.
Let's hit the streets and finish the job!
Granite City, Illinois
Illinois is the most abortion-friendly state in the Midwest...
...but that's not stopping 40 Days for Life participants from saving lives in front of the region's most notorious late-term abortion facility!
"I'm keeping my baby!" exclaimed the mother of one of five confirmed babies saved at the facility this fall. "Please tell your group to never stop praying!"
The campaign team also enjoyed a visit from Bishop Thomas Paprocki of the Diocese of Springfield, who led volunteers in prayer.
Lawndale, California
California is another self-proclaimed abortion sanctuary. Proudly pro-choice politicians aren't around to help women heal after their abortions--but Laura and her campaign team are.
"A fellow stopped by to hold a sign and stand for life with us," Laura explained. "He [told us] about a friend who called him the day Roe v. Wade was overturned, in tears because she was all alone. She had two abortions in her youth."
The woman later suffered two miscarriages and wasn't blessed with any living children. "Now in her old age, she is feeling sorrowful," Laura said.
Laura provided the man with post-abortion healing resources to share with his friend. After 45 minutes at the vigil, the man left, eager to help his friend finally begin the healing process.
Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven, and whose sin is covered. Blessed is the one to whom the Lord shall not impute sin.
