Abortion supporters warned that overturning Roe v. Wade would literally kill women.
But not ONE woman has died. Desperate to keep their talking point alive, abortion advocates bizarrely blamed Georgia's pro-life laws for killing two women--who actually died as a result of HAVING abortions.
Fox News' longest-tenured reporter, Lauren Green, recently interviewed me about our new book, What to Say When 2, giving us an opportunity to set the record straight before a national audience:
We also discussed:
- Abortion's role in this month's presidential debate--including what Trump handled well...and not so well;
- Who's responsible for a major party pushing for abortion all 40 weeks of pregnancy, non-physicians doing abortions, and denial of health care to babies who survive abortions;
- How the pro-life position can be a ballot-box winner.
Tune in, and then sign up to change hearts and minds by joining your local 40 Days for Life vigil:
Slovakia
Fox News isn't the only venue taking the 40 Days for Life message to the masses. International campaign director Robert Colquhoun recently addressed more than 40,000 pro-lifers at the Slovakian March for Life.
That's an impressive turnout--the largest for any march for life on the continent--especially for a country of just 5.5 million people.
Slovakia has held 40 Days for Life campaigns in front of abortion-performing hospitals for seven years, contributing to a steadily declining abortion rate in the country.
Robert challenged Slovakians to save even more lives by launching vigils in their communities.
"Nothing is more amazing than seeing a life saved from abortion thanks to your prayers and outreach!" Robert said. "Our vision is to live in an abortion-free world where no more women cry and no more babies die from abortion."
Palmdale and Lancaster, California
Twin campaigns in California's Antelope Valley launched with a pair of powerful events.
A Friday-night event featuring Right to Life League President Dr. Jennifer Nolan outlined challenges facing the pro-life movement. It was followed by a Saturday-morning prayer walk headlined by former Planned Parenthood worker and current Los Angeles 40 Days for Life leader Franne Valle.
The events didn't just preach to the choir. The local newspaper covered the events and even shared information about getting involved in 40 Days for Life!
And how does this happen to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? For at the moment the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the infant in my womb leaped for joy.
--Luke 1:43-44
Lord, help us renew our gratitude for the joy that each child brings into our lives. We ask you to bless, keep, and cause your face to shine upon all unborn children--especially those with disabilities. Give parents supernatural strength and overwhelming support from their community to care for their child with special needs. Amen.
