There’s no chance of any buffer zone arrangement withstanding any challenge in England offered on grounds of the International Criminal Court Act 2001.

Abortion is statutory murder in international law and in Schedule 8 to the Act, and when committed on a widespread or systematic scale, it is a crime against humanity contrary to section 51 of the Act.

This dictates the conclusion that members of local authorities in England already have a case to answer in criminal law.

It galls me how the anti-life crowd in all their various organizations in the U.S. want to restrict free speech rights for anyone who speaks out against their cause on the basis that pro-life speech violates women’s rights, but throughout their fight to establish abortion “rights” prior to Roe v. Wade, they spoke out against the right to life to lie their way to a Supreme Court victory. The whole right to abortion case was based on lies and deception attested to by Jane Roe (Norma McCorvey) herself.
