Recently, I was on a conference call with Vice President Mike Pence. He wanted to share his gratitude for the measures 40 Days for Life has taken to follow CDC guidelines to prevent the further spread of the pandemic.
His message was simple:
"Thank you! These measures will get us back on track so you can continue your vital mission."
This 40 Days for Life campaign was the largest ever, and we have much good news to report in the coming weeks! To comply with the CDC, we made the tough decision (two thirds of the way through the campaign) to suspend the physical vigils to protect one million volunteers in over 60 countries.
This time has allowed us to gear up as we prepare for June 1 when we'll begin accepting applications to lead a 40 Days for Life campaign in your community this fall.
