As we begin this fall's 40 Days for Life campaign, there aren't as many abortion facilities around as there were last year.
Since day 1 of last fall's campaign, we've confirmed that 25 different abortion centers have closed their doors for the last time following a 40 Days for Life campaign! Abortion facilities where YOU prayed have gone out of business FOREVER in:
- Red states where unborn babies are protected;
- Blue states in which abortion is celebrated;
- Countries around the world, including Guatemala, Colombia, Austria, and Mexico!
We even saw one of the busiest abortion facilities in NEW YORK CITY--gone for good!
If God can use 40 Days for Life to close an abortion facility in the Bronx, He can use YOU to close the abortion facility where you live!

Toronto, Ontario
The Toronto team put together an incredible 40 Days for Life campaign kickoff event...but it appeared nobody was going to show up for it!
"All the team worked hard promoting the event, but only one person had registered," wrote the local leaders.
So the team gathered in prayer that God would help them find people to attend.
"Every time we finished the prayer, someone contacted us to register," the local leaders reported. "The end result was a full house for the event! When we surrendered and trusted our Lord, we received the blessings!"
Columbus, Georgia
The Seneca Choices for Life pregnancy center runs the Columbus 40 Days for Life vigil.
Seneca also shares an alley with the abortion center! A massive crowd filled that alley for the local 40 Days for Life kickoff event.
"We have our backs to [the abortion facility] but our sights set on the healing redemption of Christ and light next door!" wrote Amber, a longtime Columbus campaign leader.
Speakers included a woman who shared her experience healing after an abortion at the Columbus abortion facility four decades ago as well as clergy, and the event included a butterfly release.
"We are so blessed...and have big dreams for what comes next," Amber said.
Then the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. Behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall name him Jesus."

God, we ask you to be with every expectant mother. Give them the courage of Mary to say yes to your divine will, even in the most unexpected circumstances. Help us to notice women in need and embrace every mother facing an unplanned pregnancy. Amen.
