Abortion is a simple issue.
While adults twist the truth to rationalize the irrational, children inherently understand that you can never, ever hurt a baby.
In San Luis Obispo, a young boy asked his grandmother, "That sign says 'Planned Parenthood.' Do you think they do abortions there?"
Grandma parked her car and approached the 40 Days for Life volunteers, asking, "Did you see Unplanned? [Are] you those people?"
"Yes, we are with 40 Days for Life," said Pam on behalf of the San Luis Obispo team. “And, yes, they do abortions here. We are praying for all those working in there, going in and those driving by.”
The young boy asked to join. “We have to pray, Grandma, with them!”
Just like that, grandma and her grandson were filling out the statement of peace and joining the vigil.
Córdoba, Argentina
Just 15-years-old, the girl entered the "National Maternity" of Córdoba, asking for an abortion.
But when the ultrasound was performed, the teen's mother began to regret coming to have her grandchild's life ended. The teen then changed her mind about abortion as well!
Littleton, Colorado
Paula is leading Littleton's first campaign. She arrived to pray at the vigil an hour before the facility opened.
Though the abortion center was closed, the sight of a vigil participant praying on his knees on the hard, cold concrete ground inspired her.
"I was moved to tears by the witness of this prayer warrior," she said.
Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
—Matthew 11:28
Father, hear our prayer! Snatch desperate mothers from the fire. Bring them out of our abortion businesses and into our pregnancy help centers. Deliver them from evil. Use us to help them chose life and see your hand of provision.
