Bryan-College Station, Texas
During last fall's 40 Days for Life campaign, an expectant mother visited the 40 Days for Life headquarters in Texas...
...seeking an abortion.
Though the building hasn't been an abortion facility in nearly seven years, the abortion-bound mom thought she was visiting Planned Parenthood.
40 Days for Life Director of Medical Affairs & Education Dr. Haywood Robinson was there to help. He and another headquarters team member were able to connect the woman with some Spanish-speaking pro-lifers who empowered her to choose life.
Earlier this month, the mother visited the 40 Days for Life headquarters again--this time to show off her newborn baby!
Guatemala City, Guatemala
Prior to the suspension of public vigils, a pro-abortion journalist interrogated 40 Days for Life volunteers in Guatemala City over whether they want to see post-abortive women sent to jail.
The reporter was surprised to learn that one of the vigil participants she was questioning was herself post-abortive. That prayer warrior shared her testimony and her regret, silencing the pro-abortion journalist.
"The reporter was stunned," said 40 Days for Life Coordinator of Latin American Affairs Lourdes Varela. "She said the media sells a different idea. She was touched and thoughtful when she left."
Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven, and whose sin is covered. Blessed is the one to whom the Lord shall not impute sin.

Our Most Gracious Heavenly Father, thank you for your amazing grace that saved a wretch like me. I come against the enemy of my soul who would have me feel cast down and dejected. Lord, keep your children from falling prey to the accusations of the father of lies. Turn our mourning into dancing and may we bring praise to you as we give testimony of Your healing and restoration in our lives.
