You can park at Cornerstone Services. You can also use the bathroom, pray before and after your shift, get signs and materials to hand out, and enjoy snacks and water when available. The address is 120 N 18th St, Mount Vernon. Additional parking is located at Trinity Lutheran at 301 S. 18th street, 2 blocks south of Cornerstone.
If you have the opputunity to refer someone to a pro-life organization, you can refer them to Cornerstone or Skagit Valley Pregnancy Care Center as appropriate based on their situation and needs.
The SV Pregnancy Care Center is just three blocks away at 110 N 15th St, Mount Vernon. Stop by and learn about their operation and services so you know how to advise those willing to consider alternatives. Make sure you tell potential clients they offer free ultrasounds! Feel free to personally take them there and introduce them to the staff!

This Call-to-Action is taking place at Planned Parenthood centers on
April 2 in dozens of cities and towns across the country, including right here in Mount Vernon! Here are all the details:
EVENT: Defund Planned Parenthood Nationwide Call-to-Action
WHEN: Wednesday, April 2 from 12:00 noon - 4:30pm

We will join hundreds of cities across the nation and gather as a group in front of the Mount Vernon Planned Parenthood. Signs will be available.

Abortion Worker Day Of Exodus
Friday, April 11th
Abby Johnson's organization And Then There Were None is hosting a day of Exodus on 11 Apr to focus on reaching out to abortion workers to encourage them and help them leave! During this day, let's plan on having at least one person with a "You Can Quit" sign all day over by where they park. This needs to start prior to the worker's arrival and end after the last one closes up at night.

40 Days for Life Spring Campaign Celebration

The last day celebration will start on the PP sidewalk at 3:30-4:00 with praises and prayers then move to a nearby church.
At the church, a young woman who was saved from an abortion will share her story and mission. All are welcome!
