As she sat in the parking lot of a North Carolina abortion facility, Kayla, a high school sophomore, just wanted to get the abortion over with.
But her case worker was on the phone, explaining that if Kayla delayed the abortion just a little bit longer, investigators would be able to collect the DNA evidence necessary to identify the rapist responsible for her pregnancy.
Kayla and her family went to church and made a deal with God: If the preacher said anything about abortion or babies, they'd back out of the abortion.
Nearly an hour into the service, Kayla thought she was in the clear...
