As secular movements in our streets, governments and corporations attempt to rewrite or erase history, we suffer more and more from mob fatigue.
I have never been more proud of 40 Days for Life leaders who are not rewriting, but making history.
Local leaders, not political agitators, have created the largest pro-life mobilization ever with 1 million volunteers. Their response to cultural upheaval is rooted in our mission, which proudly carries out the approach of the civil rights movement: faith in Jesus Christ leading our peaceful activism.

This summer set records for 40 Days for Life:
- Record applications received
- Record approved campaigns
- Record cities requesting to peacefully stand vigil
Praise God that this fall will be the largest 40 Days for Life campaign ever!
Since closing applications on June 25, the unrest and insanity we see in our culture has created an unprecedented surge in requests to lead a local 40 Days for Life campaign.
Given the circumstances and high demand, we have officially reopened applications to lead the September 23 - November 1 40 Days for Life campaign. Applications will close again on July 31.
This reopening of applications will make the largest campaign ever even larger as our world shows how badly it needs God-fearing social change and peaceful vigils--not anarchy.
After the recent attack on life from the Supreme Court and the violence in our streets, we'll demonstrate the best of freedom of speech and Christian fortitude as we peacefully give a voice to those who have none but ours.
Abortion advocates are on the wrong side of history. But instead of tearing down statues, we will erect hope outside abortion facilities, trusting in God's love. Then and only then do I believe He will fulfill what He promises in II Chronicles 7:14:
If my people who are called by my name humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
