She explained to the interviewer that at the 40 Days for Life vigil, "we pray for everyone involved, and we are also there to offer help. If somebody isn?t sure about their decision, then we can talk with them," adding that they can connect the women with a variety of pro-life resources "to get them help if they need it for their babies."
The interviewer tried to steer the discussion towards the point that abortion is a controversial issue, but Tina stressed the need to offer Christ's mercy to all involved.
"We are there to change hearts," she said. "No matter what, we are praying for the mother whether she?s walking in or walking out. We have lots of places to plug them in if they need support, even after the abortion. We are not there to judge. We are there for the workers ? if they have a change of heart and want a different job, we?re totally there for them as well."
