The abortion industry did NOT want Sue Thayer to share her conversion story at the 40 Days for Life kickoff event in Toledo, Ohio.
Pro-abortion protesters tried to drown out the story of how Sue went from a longtime Planned Parenthood manager to the 40 Days for Life outreach director with a chorus of vile music, vulgar language and...trombones.
One abortion supporter even described Sue's testimony as "fake news" on a sign bearing possibly the worst pun in history.
But Sue's transformation is as real as it gets...
...and Sue isn't alone. 206 abortion workers have experienced conversion, left their jobs, and begun a walk with Christ through a 40 Days for Life campaign.
When you sign up to pray at your local 40 Days for Life vigil, you can help empower even more abortion workers to turn their backs on the world's dirtiest business.
Sue just returned from a whirlwind tour of 40 Days for Life kickoff events across Ohio. Here's her report from the road:
Youngstown, Ohio
As Mary prepared to launch her first-ever 40 Days for Life campaign, she was nervous.
She had been working hard to recruit vigil participants--but apparently without success. When Sue told Mary she was coming to Youngstown, Mary warned Sue that there might not be anybody else joining them on the sidewalk in front of Planned Parenthood.
But God provided! Dozens of pro-lifers showed up to launch the campaign, and the rally resulted in an article in the local newspaper!
Canton, Ohio
In Canton, Sue shared inside information on what really goes on behind closed doors at Planned Parenthood--as only a former abortion worker could!
"Some were surprised [to learn Planned Parenthood has] abortion referral quotas," wrote Linda, the local leader. "I found it amusing that the employees would have not-so-nice names for vigil volunteers."
Sue also educated attendees about the gruesome reality of abortion facility “Product of Conception” rooms, where baby body parts are accounted for following an abortion, and the horrors of chemical abortions.
Cleveland, Ohio
More than 100 people launched the 40 Days for Life campaign in Cleveland. In addition to a talk from Sue, attendees heard from area pastors and pro-life leaders and glorified God with praise and worship music.
"Great rally," said John, the Cleveland campaign leader. "[The speakers] were all terrific and helped kick off the 2020 fall campaign with a BANG!"
Then the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus. He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.”
— Luke 1:30-33
Heavenly Father, you have made the womb of each woman a very special place. Help us to hold fast to the sanctity of this first home of humanity, remembering the wonderful mystery, that God inhabited the womb of a young woman and came forth as the savior and deliverer of the world.
