When vigil participants texted, "Something is going on," to Chicago 40 Days for Life leader Joe early this year, he immediately knew.
"They closed," he said to himself. "They closed!"
Joe's intuition was right. A notorious Chicago abortion facility had gone out of business for good.
"That is one of the most joyous days of my life," Joe reflected. "Because I know it meant that lives would be saved."
