Your prayers save moms and babies by inspiring abortion-minded women to choose life at the last, desperate moment.
Prayer also saves babies by keeping abortion facilities from even opening their doors.
An emerging trend this campaign is an increasing number of 40 Days for Life leaders who report showing up to pray in front of unexpectedly closed abortion facilities!
That was the case in Seaford, Delaware, where just three years after opening, the local Planned Parenthood can't manage to stay open.
The abortion center has been closed every day of the campaign so far--and it shows no sign of re-opening any time soon!
"It has never been closed this long," wrote Jim, the Seaford campaign leader. "Our prayers have been answered for now, but we won't be satisfied until their sign comes down permanently."

Kalamazoo, Michigan
Joe was excited to arrive at his vigil shift to find an empty parking lot at Planned Parenthood.
"Success! Planned Parenthood was closed today!" he reported. "I have never experienced that before."
The only vehicle prayer warriors observed was a pest control company. "They put a large trap outside of the building," Joe explained.
Lansing, Michigan
About 75 miles northeast of Kalamazoo, prayer warriors in the Wolverine State's capital also found Planned Parenthood closed.
"I think God is showing us a little glimpse of His approval and blessing as Planned Parenthood was closed the entire day Tuesday," said Chris, Lansing's 40 Days for Life leader. "We don't know why. These are not the days Planned Parenthood has on its website as holidays."
Vigil participants were not the only ones surprised by Planned Parenthood's day off. A number of clients arrived to find the door locked. Thankfully, 40 Days for Life volunteers were on hand to offer real help.
And a voice came from the heavens, saying, "This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”
--Matthew 3:17
Dear God, you are a good and gracious father. Help us to stand firm in our identity as your sons and daughters so that we might share your love with everyone we encounter. Heal the wounds caused by our shortcomings and the shortcomings of others. We pray that every parent and child might know that you love them more than anyone else in the world ever can. Amen.
