40 Days For Life is a peaceful prayer presence on the sidewalk in front of Planned Parenthood. If you are led to stand witness and pray during these 40 Days, we ask that you maintain a Christlike, compassionate and mostly silent demeanor at all times. By participating in 40 Days For Life you have agreed to abide by the Statement of Peace (https://www.40daysforlife.com/en/Centralia/sop). Our presence is crucial to be salt and light to our community, but the approach must be one of peace and careful consideration in every interaction with passersby. Parking:
Please park along Yew St. about a block away from Planned Parenthood, on Centralia College Blvd., or on S. Cedar St. Please DO NOT park in the former Baxter Auto Parts parking lot on Yew St. across the street from Planned Parenthood or in the Centralia Food Mart parking lot adjacent to Possibilities Women's Center. We don't want to be an annoyance to local businesses.
Please use the Prayer Vigil Calendar to sign up for vigil hours! Click the blue button "Sign up for vigil hours." Click the day you can come, make a login with your name and email/phone number if you are not already registered, and then click the hour(s) you can pray; this will add you to the schedule. If you are not a part of one of the sponsoring churches for a particular day, still feel free to show up whenever you can.
